DIPLOMAS

Diplomas represent the majority of the courses offered through CanAm College

A diploma is issued by the college when the student has completed course work assignments which count 40% towards the diploma award and a final exam which counts 60% towards the diploma award.

The combination of ‘course work’ and ‘final exam’ marks must exceed 70% for a diploma to be awarded

CERTIFICATES

Certificates are in general awarded to smaller courses or less detailed courses. They do however follow the same rules as DIPLOMAS

A specific course page will indicate whether a course is designated ‘Diploma’ or ‘Certificate’
